There is a general belief that those who are part of the film industry tend to have big money and they can make good investors for business. True to that, many real estate ventures, food joints see the involvement of the film celebrities. Now, it is heard that the Tollywood celebrities are venturing into a new business.

 According to reports, they are coming forward to invest in Sai Silks (Kalamandir). Apparently, the company has announced its IPO and is looking at investment of nearly Rs 89 crores. From a long time, one of its bosses Kalamandir Kalyan has been helping out small films and offering his showrooms for shootings etc. 

 Now, they are also responding positively and irrespective of any request they are coming forward to invest into this. The point to note is, since it is coming under ‘safety net’ of SEBI they want to invest. In that concept, they can spend 6 months with the company as an investor and sell it back to the company if they are not satisfied with the share value. Now, we have to see how the company will go ahead and prove itself.
